Realnet is an established and growing Digital Agency based in Cambridge. Having started 20 years ago we have grown to manage a range of digital marketing campaigns as well as design, develop and manage many websites ranging from fully content managed brochure and e-commerce websites to highly bespoke web applications.

You'll need to be passionate about digital marketing and producing tangible results. You'll have high standards and be described as a bright, friendly, enthusiastic and courteous team player.
You’ll need to show some experience of being involved in digital marketing campaigns. Working knowledge of search engine optimisation and some experience of pay-per-click campaigns is essential.
The role would suit a junior digital marketer looking to build on their existing knowledge and work as part of an experienced digital marketing team.
As part of our digital marketing team, you'll be helping us with our digital marketing campaigns for our growing portfolio of clients. This is an exciting and varied role working with different clients and sectors.
You would take briefs from Realnet’s digital marketing team and implement effective campaigns which bring new enquiries and growth to our clients. You’ll need to prepare monthly reports and be keen to show tangible results.
Going forward we'd hope that you'll grasp the opportunity to grow as a digital marketer. In particular, we will look to enhance your initial grasp of pay-per-click advertising and in time become an expert in this area.
Realnet fosters an environment of continuous improvement in our friendly team and long term partnerships with our clients.
You'll need one year of commercial experience in search engine optimisation (technical and/or content-driven) and have done some work with a Google Ads campaign.
Plus, you'll need to be able to write well and analyse statistics to continue to improve our digital marketing campaigns.
You then have the opportunity to develop your current digital marketing skills and learn new ones.
Salary is dependant on experience.
Candidates looking for full-time employment or an apprentice already a year into an apprenticeship would be considered.
