EasySmartForms Case Study
EasySmartForms is a wide-ranging contract and business management system that has modular components that can be used to either focus on a particular business area or provide an enterprise-level solution.
The previous website was an offshoot from an enterprise-level software system (EasyBOP). This software has been developed over many years and enables complete business management. However, the client was also keen to promote the modular nature of the system which allowed potential customers to get on board without the requirement for enterprise-level spending!
The client already had some clear ideas about splitting the wide scope of what the software covered into ‘digestible’ sections. As a company that is able to provide a wide range of web services ourselves, Realnet understood how difficult it can be to create a clear, simple message that solved specific customer needs rather than promoting a vaguer ‘we can do anything’ type message.
Realnet worked with the client from the start to understand the digital marketing needs of the website as well as the content requirements (and content availability). Prior to any build of the website, the structure of the overall site, as well as the layout of pages to amplify the available content was planned.
The entire website content was reviewed and edited/added to in order to clearly highlight the offer and to maximise search engine optimisation (SEO). Also, a number of calls to action were implemented that were not 'in your face' but were prominent enough to encourage communication.
The website has generated a steady number of enquiries and software demonstration bookings. The number of site visitors has increased month on month in comparison to the previous years figures, in some cases by over 50% for organic (search engine) traffic.
Regular review meetings with the digital marketing team ensure that dynamic content such as news, case studies and testimonials are consistently updated and added to.
