Realnet is thrilled to have been involved in the development of the TaxiCall website.

Realnet is thrilled to have been involved in the development of the TaxiCall website, supporting this innovative company’s journey to digital business development.

TaxiCall has been operational since 2005, helping a range of taxi drivers and companies across the UK connect effectively and efficiently to customers looking for their services.

They have developed innovative Apps for use by Hackney, Private Hire and company-based drivers to connect to office and virtual office dispatchers, as well as directly to customers to facilitate immediate pick-ups, schedule trips, manage bookings and payments and manage and schedule drivers simply and effectively.

Their customer App helps clients book drivers quickly in their local area, but also connect with TaxiCall-enabled services and drivers across the UK.

TaxiCall approached Realnet to build them a marketing website explaining how their business works, and promoting the features and benefits of their Apps to potential clients to help drive new business enquiries and leads.

Realnet built a mobile-responsive, visually attractive website with a strong focus on the two main target visitors – taxi groups and drivers, and people who use taxi services – in the form of clear entry points to those information pages on the home page.

The information that explains exactly how TaxiCall works and the features and benefits for those using the system are clearly laid out, and all pages lead visitors to a contact submission form to encourage enquiries and leads.

A news section and testimonials round the website off, helping to build interest and confidence in TaxiCall’s services.

We look forward to working with TaxiCall as their digital journey evolves, helping them build more leads and business through their online platforms.
