Independence books and Issues Online are used primarily by librarians and teachers to help their students gain a better understanding of the world around them and the issues which affect their lives.
The old Independence website presented numerous challenges, including an outdated look and feel, and was built on a very old platform that wasn’t responsive for mobile phones.
The new website’s look and feel has improved engagement and user experience, and the simpler and more efficient e-commerce flow meant the new site started generating sales immediately after launch.
