Store Technologies Ltd is a one-stop-shop e-commerce website supplying retail technology supplies to B2B customers. With over 60 years combined experience and trusted relationships with suppliers, Store Technologies are experts in their field.
Store Technologies came to Realnet with a new website which they had recently moved to a new CMS and was set to launch in the coming months.
The new website, boasting 1000’s of new products spanning over 40 categories, was brand new but in desperate need of digital marketing to get the website off to a running start.
Realnet broke down the challenge and crafted a plan comprising of four stages:
- Website Optimisation
- Online Presence
- Short Term Plan
- Long-Term Plan
Working alongside Store Technologies’ existing Web Development partner, Realnet provided guided support and advice on how the website can be optimised for an increase in conversions. This included reviewing the web design and user flow to ensure the website met the needs of the user and the customer journey was as smooth as possible.
Whilst the final website improvements Realnet has proposed were being addressed by Store technologies web partner, Realnet began their focus to develop the website and company presence online. This meant that Store technologies could be found where their target customers were looking.
Short Term Plan
Being a new website, we knew organic traffic would be a long-term plan. So to ensure customers would find the new website from the day of launch, Realnet crafted several Pay-Per-Click campaigns which would mean Store Tech was able to acquire immediate highly-targeted traffic. By incorporating PPC into the plan, this allowed us to begin work on our long-term plan.
With everything falling into place, Realnet then began to focus on optimising the website for Search Engines (SEO) so that Store Tech could see an increase in organic search traffic for their desired keywords.
Realnet is continuing to work with Store Technologies on a monthly basis to increase their search engine presence and continually improve the Customer Journey. With their flexible Digital Marketing package, we are able to work on a variety of tasks each month and also monitor the health of their site.
