Brock's Wheel and Tyre (BWT) specialise in wheels and tyres for the agricultural sector and have grown from a family farming background to become one of the UK’s largest dedicated wheel and tyre distributors for agriculture. Their mission is ‘to be UK’s agricultural wheel supplier of choice’ to achieve this, it is imperative that they assist their clients in meeting key business objectives.
Brock's Wheel and Tyre (BWT) was separated out from a family run company with a long history and highly rated customer satisfaction. The new entity needed its own website to display its new independent status and encourage its own enquiries.
BWT also needed a bespoke internal enquiry management system, which allows reps to log in, see and manage their enquiries and process sales.
Realnet developed a new front-end website for BWT on the LeanCMS platform. This gave BWT the content management ability they wanted to quickly evolve the company, adding on new product ranges, services and news when required.
Behind-the-scenes the new Intranet system allows BWT staff to manage and process enquiries through to sales. The system has since evolved to include a direct link to the Sage 200 ERP system, so stock is fully visible through the Intranet. Sales are also processed back into Sage 200 by the site.
The system also features reports, giving information back to BWT's management.
In July 2016, E-commerce functionality was added to the website enabling BWT to sell directly to their clients, with up to date online stock and pricing through an integration with the internal Intranet and Sage 200 systems.
The website has been a great success, supporting the business as it has developed and grown.
