The Brief
With a solid business grounding in the global distribution of prescription medicine, Masters Direct wanted to expand their market into the online sector. This is an online industry with fierce competition and well established companies. Masters wanted to have their current business available online, however after a consultation with Realnet changed their strategy to also include over the counter medicines and products.
The Solution
We designed and built a dynamic and functional website that continuously evolves based on user research. This website has the most intelligent functionality that we have so far delivered to our clients, and is something which we are filtering through to our other sites. By incorporating features such as a live basket, intelligent search and current popular products.
The Result
Masters Direct are pleased with the result of the revenue growth generated by the site. The site has developed to the extend that additional resources beyond our standard support packages are required. The site is currently undergoing a design overhaul to make it more successful and user friendly.
