ECM Selection
The Brief
Already having a solid position on-line for high tech jobs, ecm needed a site to increase the number of applications - but also improve the quality of applicants being received, as well as take advantage of social media to generate organic traffic.
The Solution
We designed and built a site which:
- Takes advantage of Social Media integrating with Facebook and Twitter, for automated posts and tweets respectively.
- Conveys a message to the user about the type of candidate ecm selection are looking to recruit.
- Reduces the bounce rate of pages by providing "related jobs" which dynamically matches jobs based on the jobs content.
- Has a neat built in job alerts email system.
Has a fresh and functional new look.
The Result
The related jobs/similar vacancies is proving to be an immediate success, with many users opting to view similar vacancies as opposed to returning directly to the job listings. The new site has also reduced the man power required for managing the social networking side of job posting, which we are expecting to provide a wave of high quality (and cost-free) clickthroughs to the site, which should have a big impact on the sites search engine ranking.
