Brief
CPC wanted to update the site we built for them a number of years ago with more user engagement and additional features as part of a marketing push they were launching to gain more recognition for their individual pet cremation service.
Solution
We created a complex and dynamic site informing visitors of all the services offered as well as the processes involved in them with a simple journey structure. The visitor experience went one step further in offering a dedicated area of the site to generate e-sympathy cards, create an online tribute and download pdf tribute packs. It also included a database driven e-commerce section with various divisions. There is also a multifunctional CMS to allow changes across the site and to also provide a mass mailing solution.
Result
CPC are very pleased with the site, which went live recently. It is a big step up from what was previously available. It has been a challenge we have thoroughly enjoyed to find a solution to cover all the criteria at a number of different levels to include various users from vets to pet owners and to ensure the website gives the right message to those groups individually.
